When your referral completes a meeting with a Revver Account Executive, you and your referral each receive a $100 gift card. If they become a Revver customer, your referral receives 15% off their first three months, and you earn 10% of their first three months of subscription revenue (up to $1,500), or Revver Innovation Credits worth up to $3,000 to use toward additional features.

Who can participate?
Any Revver customer, partner, or trusted contact who can introduce us to organizations that may benefit from Revver.
Who should I refer?
You can refer other departments within your own organization as well as external companies that manage a high volume of documents or workflows. This includes teams in Finance, Accounts Payable, HR, IT, Operations, Compliance, and Legal, as well as industry-specific groups in manufacturing, financial services, insurance, healthcare, and state & local government.
If a team relies on documents to run their work, they’re likely a strong fit for Revver.
How do I make a referral?
Simply submit your contact through our Ambassador form or share an introduction by email. We’ll handle the outreach from there.
What happens after I submit a referral?
We contact your referral professionally, explain why you suggested the connection, and invite them to a short discovery conversation. We never pressure or hard-sell, and we always respect your relationship.
Will you use my name when you reach out?
Only with your permission. You stay in control of how your introduction is referenced.
What is a “qualified discovery call”?
A brief conversation with a Revver business development representative and a decision-maker or evaluator at the referred organization to determine whether Revver may be a good fit.
When do we receive the $100 gift cards?
After your referral has a follow-up call with an account executive, you’ll both receive your $100 gift card redeemable for your choice of rewards, including a Mastercard® or the option to donate.
What if my organization can’t accept gift cards or cash rewards?
You and your referral can choose Revver Innovation Credits, which are applied to your Revver account and can be used for licenses, AI automation, integrations, or professional services.
How do referral commissions or Innovation Credits work?
If your referral becomes a customer, you earn either: 10% of their first three months of subscription (up to $1,500), or Revver Innovation Credits equal to 20% of their first three months’ ARR (up to $3,000). Your referral also receives 15% off their first three months.
When are referral rewards issued?
After the referred account becomes active and their initial invoices are paid.
Can I refer more than one company?
Yes, there is no limit to the number of organizations you can refer.
Can I refer my own company?
Yes, you can refer other departments or teams within your own organization that are not yet using Revver. Self-referrals for your existing Revver deployment are not eligible, but internal referrals that help expand Revver into new departments or use cases are welcome.
What if Revver is already talking to the company I refer?
If the organization is already in our sales pipeline or an active opportunity, the referral may not be eligible for rewards, but we’ll always let you know.
How long does the program run?
The Ambassador Program is ongoing, but terms and rewards may change over time.
Revver Ambassador Program Terms & Conditions
Gift cards are issued after the referred contact completes a qualified call with a Revver account executive. Calls must be conducted with a decision-maker or evaluator at the referred organization and may be subject to qualification.
Referral discounts apply only to new Revver customers and are valid for the first three months of a new subscription. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
Referrers earn 10% of the first three months’ subscription (up to $1,500) or Revver Innovation Credits equal to 20% of first-three-month ARR (up to $3,000) when a referral becomes a customer. Referrals receive 15% off their first three months. Rewards are paid after the referred customer becomes active and their initial invoices are successfully paid.
Some organizations may restrict employees from accepting incentives or gifts. In these cases, CharityChoice® may be selected in place of a Visa® gift card. Innovation Credits may be applied toward Revver product features and have no cash value.
Revver reserves the right to review, approve, or decline referrals that do not meet program requirements, are duplicates, or involve existing sales opportunities. Fraudulent, self-referrals, or attempts to game the program are not eligible for rewards.
