Being able to create templates is very time efficient as well. Bein able to add retention to a cabinet helps ensure we are remaining compliant with some of our record keeping policies.

When we purchased [Revver] we went from standard filing to nearly 90% paper free retention. Some items have to be retained in original form and others do not. Any items that have a legal retention period such as driver logs are set to shred at the appropriate time so that eliminates the need to go in and do it manually.
