Revver makes it easier to deal with your documents, including the ones on major file storage platforms. It’s safe to say that many of us use free, online platforms like Google Drive and Microsoft OneDrive for various uses like creating documents, collaboration, and quickly sharing files.
When the documents you create and work on with these platforms become essential to your business, then it’s best to store them in a safe, compliant environment. Revver is able to secure your documents and allows you to apply retention and automation rules to help you work efficiently. The platform features personal provider options for Google Drive and/or Microsoft OneDrive so you can access and transfer documents from these platforms through Revver.
Integrating your Google Drive and/or Microsoft OneDrive is simple.
- Within the My Settings menu, select Integrated Products.
- Select the service you want to connect with Revver.
- Log in to the service with your normal sign-on.

You can view files and folders, download them, rename them, and copy them over into another location within Revver. In order to preview a document, edit its profile information, and apply features such as automation and retention rules, the document must first be copied over into a location in Revver. If you no longer wish for your service to be connected, you can simply log out of the service from the Integrated Products screen. Personal provider options are available to Business and Enterprise users.
