He has held roles in New Business Sales and Senior Channel Account Management, leading efforts across cold outreach, product demonstrations, closing, renewals, upsells, and account reviews—helping clients maximize value and long-term success with the platform. Outside of work Eric enjoys spending time with his family, cycling, playing pickleball and cooking for family and friends.
